OnJuly 28th, Dongfeng Antimony Industry Business School conducted its thirdquarter training. This training invited three teachers, Peng Xiaoying, theHuman Resources Director of Dongfeng Group, Liu Ruoshui, the Assistant to thePresident of Jiefu Group, and Chen Jianquan, a senior expert in the industry, togive enthusiastic lectures.

Thetheme of this training course is "Unity, Cooperation, andResponsibility". Three teachers respectively presented three courses:"Human Resource Management for Non Human Resource Managers","How to Build an Efficient General Office System", and "How toImprove Leadership and Execution". The three teachers vividly combinedtheir years of management experience with the actual business situation of thecompany, bringing rich theoretical knowledge and solutions to managementproblems to everyone.

Atthe end of the training, the chairman of the joint-stock company providedconcluding guidance on the training. Xie Dong pointed out that managementpersonnel must improve their learning ability, unite and cooperate, andactively fulfill their job responsibilities. Based on the instructions of thechairman, all management personnel attach great importance to and deeplyunderstand the training spirit, have established confidence in the futuredevelopment of the company, and have firmly set the direction for achieving thework goals in the second half of the year.
